	Grants of $7,000 in NSW & up to $12,000 in Victoria are available to genuine first home buyers who meet the government's eligibility criteria.
	The grant can be added to your deposit, increasing your total deposit amount.
	There are no income or assets tests to qualify for the benefits.



First Home Owners Grant The governments of NSW, QLD, ACT & VIC have authorised SGE to assist our eligible members in obtaining the government's "First Home Owners Grant" in time for settlement.
