Is a Split Rate Home Loan right for me?
If you really need the security of a Fixed Rate Home Loan but want the flexibility of a Variable Rate Loan, then Split Loan may be the answer. By splitting a loan, you can hedge against the risk of higher rates whilst still keeping part of your loan at the lower variable rate.
