The 50/50 Campaign is our way of rewarding you, as we celebrate our 50 th Birthday, for referring a friend, relative or colleague to us.

| 3. |
In this campaign members must refer a friend, relative or colleague who has never been a member of SGE Credit Union and takes out membership of SGE Credit Union.
|
| 4. |
To be eligible, members must complete the Voucher found in the latest copy of “Money Matters” or at any service centre and their nominated friend, relative or colleague must then take the voucher to an SGE Credit Union Service centre when applying for membership.

| 5. |
SGE Credit Union Ltd will pay $50 into the S1 account of an eligible member and their friend, relative or colleague within three (3) months of the membership being opened by the nominated friend, relative or colleague. |
| 6. |
Successful entrants of the $50 payments will be notified via their statements. |
| 7. |
In addition the member and their friend, relative or colleague will go into a draw for a chance to win $5,000. |

The prize draw will be held on Wednesday, 5th August 2009 at 12 noon in the offices of the promoter. |
| 9. |
The successful entrant will be notified by phone and the $ 5,000 prize will be credited to their account within seven (7) days from the date of the draw. |

Participation in this promotion is available to all members of SGE Credit Union Ltd who are permanent residents of Australia and aged 18 years and over.

Employees of SGE Credit Union Ltd and its agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter on either side of this promotion. |

Both the referral and the referee must have at least $100 payroll credited to their account each fortnight for a period of 3 months. |

This promotion is not valid with any other offer. |
| 14. |
Self-referrals are not valid in this promotion, however members may enter as many times as they wish. |

SGE Credit Union Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change this offer at any time and to verify the validity of referrals and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the process or who submits a voucher that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. |

This promotion commences on 2 nd February 2009 and ceases at midnight (EST) 31 st July 2009. |
