Dave Taylor

Dave Taylor was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SGE Credit Union in
April 2010. Over 20 years of finance industry experience across numerous
Executives, consulting and Board roles, including 11 years as a Senior
Executive with Credit Union Services Corporation (CUSCAL) and 9 years as
Managing Director of Finance Industry Consulting Services. Previously holder
of several University and Government advisory positions between
1984-1988.
Numerous past Directorships
in the finance industry, including on the Boards of ASX-limited compaines
Tolhurst Ltd and Robe Australia, Community & Corporate Financial Services,
the Australian Payments Clearing Association and the Australian Payment
Systems Council. Currently a Director of Australian Mutual Capital Funding
Ltd.

Paul Willis
General Manager - Operations
DIP (Fin), JP
Paul has extensive experience in financial services industry
developed over 23 years holding positions within various
operations and lending related roles.
In his current role
Paul’s
responsible for the Operations Division, which comprises
of all frontline
areas of the credit union business, which includes Lending
Operations, Branch Operations, and Business Development.
Paul has been
employed with SGE Credit Union for over 20 years and held various
positions in that time. Paul is a member
of the Risk Management Committee, Director of SGE Financial
Services, and a Member of AMI.

Michael Coburn
Chief Financial Officer
Grad. DIP (ACG), CPA, BBus.
As Chief Financial Officer, Michael brings over 15 years
of financial management experience and expertise to SGE Credit
Union with over 8 of those years in a Banking & Finance
environment. In this role, Michael is responsible for all
financial operations of the Company, including overseeing
the financial, administrative, collection and treasury activities.
He is a member of the Asset & Liability Committee, Operational
Risk Management Committee and Credit Risk Committee. Michael
is a qualified Company Secretary and a Certified Practicing
Accountant.

Rosanna Argall
Executive Manager, Strategic & Corporate Services,
Company Secretary
DIP (Marketing), MBA, Grad. DIP (ACG)
Rosanna has been working within the finance industry
in various roles for almost 20 years. In her time at various
organisations, Rosanna moved between frontline operations,
lending, and marketing roles
gathering a broad range of skills and experience. Her
current role is responsible for strategic initiatives, marketing, facilities
management,
third party negotiations and company secretarial duties.
Rosanna is a member of the Risk Management Committee, and is Secretary
of the Audit & Risk Committee and Governance Committee
for SGE Credit Union.
Rosanna is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute
of Secretaries - post nominals FCIS and a NSW Councilor of
the Australasian Credit Union Institute.

Marisa Bosco
Executive Manager, Business Support
DIP (Fin Services)
Marisa has been heavily involved with
the Credit Union industry for
the last 27 years. The majority of her time has
been spent with SGE Credit Union, where she has had hands-on
experience in almost all areas of the organization, and
a variety of roles including Branch Service Officer,
Branch Liaison Officer, Loans Approving Officer, Branch
Manager, HR/Training Officer and Business Analyst. As
the Executive Manager of Business Support, Marisa is
responsible for looking after the departments that support
the operational areas of the Credit Union, which include
Human Resources, Training, IT and Projects. Worked with
various Global Organisations assisting with Australianisation of Banking Systems.
Marisa is a member of the Risk Management Committee.

Shanthi Manamperi
Head of Risk
PGD (Economics), BA (Hons)
Shanthi has over 10 years experience in Prudential supervision of Banks – regulatory
environment with Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and
over 10 years experience in retail and commercial banking. Shanthi is a
member of the Internal Auditors Association, the Risk Management Association – Australia
and Compliance Association – Australia.
Shanthi is a
member of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and Risk Management Committee
(RMC).
