This page contains the Conditions of Use, which apply to your access to SGE's e-statements. Please read carefully through the Conditions of Use now. Your use of the service signifies your acceptance of these Conditions of Use.

Who can use SGE's e-statements?

Access to SGE's e-statements is designed for the registered internet banking Member. The registered internet banking Member is allowed to transfer funds internally and externally and therefore has the right to view the statement of account.


What does using SGE's e-statements mean?

SGE Credit Union will email you with a notification when the e-statement is ready, if you receive a monthly statement this will be on the 10th of every month, otherwise this will be at the beginning of January, April, July and October each year. The email notification will provide a link to our web site, so that you can access the e-statement straight away. However, at any time during the year you can access your current and past e-statements through SGE’s Internet Banking service.

It is your responsibility to keep us up-to-date with your email address.


Security

The e-statements site is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information passed between your browser and our server. However, you must assist in maintaining the security of your information by protecting your password.


We strongly recommend that you:

  • Change your password regularly;
  • Keep your password secure and protected;
  • Keep only one record of your password;
  • Do not tell any unauthorized person your password;
  • Do not allow any unauthorized person to watch you log in to the site or hear your password;and
  • Always check the entries on your statement and let us know if there are any errors or issues
