How do I purchase with Verified by Visa?
You shall follow the usual procedure. The only difference is that an extra screen will appear during check out, where the transaction details, your Personal Message and your Username appear and you will have to add your Password.
Can I purchase at merchants that do not participate to Verified by Visa?
You can purchase at any merchant you wish. The difference is that if the merchant does not participate to the program, your transaction will not be protected by Verified by Visa, and it will be completed with the old, 'traditional' method. In any case, you must be very careful with the online merchants you choose to purchase with.
What happens if I type in an invalid Password?
You have the option to retry or proceed with the transaction by giving a different form of payment or contact SGE Credit Union on 1300 364 400 to have your password reset.
I think that someone has intercepted my Password. What can I do?
You can visit the Verified by Visa page from the SGE Website and change the Password via the option 'Reset Password', from the Cardholder Self-Service menu.

In the case that you are unable to reset your Password, please contact SGE Credit Union on
1300 364 400, in order to block your card temporarily for online transactions to Verified by Visa merchants.
If I suspect someone is using my card to make fraudulent purchases, what should I do?
Contact SGE Credit Union immediately on 1300 364 400.
I forgot my Password. What can I do?
The next time you shop online at a participating merchant, click on 'Forgot my Password' link and you will have the opportunity to create a new one.
